1. Download and install UKA magisk module
https://github.com/blackeangel/UKA
2. Use root explorer to create a folder for your twrp recovery.img (I chose internal storage /sdcard/twrp/recovery.img
3. Open termux
4. Type su
5. Type menu
6. Choose 11, 1, 4
(RSA4096)
7. Choose 11, 1, 5
( cd /sdcard/twrp for recovery.img)
( cd /data/local/UnpackerSystem/gen_keys for key)

recovery.img should now be signed
