Recognized more than half of all 2021 revenues in Q4 2021 alone. 3. Guided Q1 and Q2 2022 revenues up more than 250% YoY. Let me repeat that. Up more than 250% YoY. 4. Beat analyst estimates for revenue. 5. Adjusted EPS barely off analyst estimates. 6. So what the hell is that massive EPS loss? It’s *non cash* GAAP accounting charges for (1) eliminating all our debt excluding the acquisition of Lyte (which will be paid off over the next 6 months), (2) eliminating our prior convertible financing, and (3) writing down our BTC and ETH holdings not “mark to market” as makes sense, but to lowest trading value of both assets which is the current FASB mandate.
