Tomb is a very nice and easy to use encryption program that uses dm-crypt (and cryptsetup) for its backend. It also supports steganography so you can hide tombs in a variety of files.

Looks like Cellebrite's business model is not limited to selling hacking tools to police.
If you are not familiar with them, Cellebrite is an Israeli company that specializes in hacking into mobile devices, and sells their services to police/government agencies, and schools.
