TIL that from 2012-2013, large and precisely cut pieces of flesh were found in sewers by workers on 3 separate occasions. These pieces were DNA tested and found out to be chunks of flesh from an unknown human being. There is no culprit to date https://ift.tt/X0D56Ta

TIL Montaigne's father, a wealthy french noble, had his son live with a family of peasants until the age of 3 so he would learn their life conditions.
