Choose Feelings
If your days seem filled with unwanted negative feelings, there is only one cure. When they come, choose them. Don't ask why, don't wonder how, don't fight them and never put yourself down for having them. But most of all never blame someone else for how you feel. If you do, it means you are still fast asleep and your choice is to be a victim.
When the feelings come, even big disturbing emotional feelings say, "I choose this feeling" and know it comes because of something you have thought or done in the past, perhaps a certain belief that you have learned or an attachment that is threatened.
Choice does not mean you want the feelings, but it does mean you are taking responsibility for them. And that is the beginning of self mastery. It is the first step to the healing and resolving of your emotions. But only the first step. Try this today and then ask yourself what the next step might be. If you are really interested to know, you will come to know!

Meditation
Meditation is the process of getting to know yourself completely, both who you are inside and how you react to what is outside. Above all, meditation is enjoying yourself in the literal sense of the word.
Through meditation, you discover a very different "me" from perhaps the stressed or troubled person, who may seem superficially to be "me".
You realize that your true nature, the real you, is actually very positive. You begin to discover an ocean of peace right on your doorstep.

Our attitude towards a person is commonly based a lot on what we listen from others about him or her, as discussed in yesterday’s message. That does not mean that we should gossip about the other person and indulge in discussions about him or her. This may be unnecessary at times because sometimes people give incorrect feedback also. But that’s not true every time. Sometimes the feedback may be correct and not so nice. Also it may be important to know that piece of information about a particular person, which you are receiving.
At that time, use your power of discrimination and judgment to know whether what you are hearing is true or not because the other person may be incorrect or may purposely be lying or lying because of his or her own lack of discrimination and judgment power. Also, at times, it may be good to refuse the other person’s piece of information or if that’s not possible, hear it, but not let it affect you negatively. In other words, neither should you be disturbed by that piece of information and neither should you share that piece of information with others. Power On
Each day we all need to recharge our spiritual battery, otherwise the light of our consciousness becomes dim, thoughts become fuzzy, and decisions are impregnated with doubt.
Power is available inside and outside. Inside us we have a spiritual centre, at the core of our consciousness, pure radiant spiritual light. This is what we are. However it is now blocked by our attachments, the record of all our life experiences and many learned beliefs and perceptions. Outside us we have the sun of spirit, the source, invisible to our physical eyes but only one second away when we are able to quieten and focus our mind.
Meditation connects us to both sources of power - that's why meditation is the way to access the real vitamins and the minerals that spirit craves. The vitamin of pure love and the minerals of truth and wisdom.
Take time to empower yourself today. Sit quietly and connect your mind to each source and allow yourself to recharge and renew.

What that means is emerge spiritual wisdom of different life situations in your mind. Also, emerge the knowledge of Law of Karma (Action). The Law of Karma states that every action on a spiritual level causes a similar reaction or life situation to come back to us. A positive action brings a positive life situation back to us and a negative action brings a negative life situation back to us. The two ears will listen physically but the third ear will listen to the physical information after filtering it with the filter of the Law of Karma. That additionally means understanding every hidden aspect of the information being shared with you about a particular person and yet keep a positive attitude towards that person.

To be our best versions, we don’t need to gain much, but we just need to ensure we don’t lose what we already have – our qualities. Usually our behavior becomes a reflection of the way someone behaves with us. If they are good, we are good. Otherwise we become negative towards them. But by copying their actions, our own qualities should not fade away. Do you often get discouraged by the declining moral standards in the world? When you use your virtues in your interactions with someone, and that person hardly responds positively, do you feel like copying his behaviour? Have you given up any value only because people around you don’t practice it? We all strive to be as nice and as kind as we can. The problem that we expect the other person to be equally good (or even better) to us. And the bigger problem is that if that person is not right to us, we copy their behaviour. Each time we copy someone’s incorrect behavior, we move away from our virtues. Eventually we give up our qualities. Our values, qualities, principles and ethics are our strength. Let us hold on to them. Even if no one around us is using them, and even if others think values don’t work, let us not give up on them. Other people might have an entirely different set of qualities which you may be lacking. Just make sure to use your values, every single time, with everyone. Fewer Desires Lead to Greater Contentment
The fewer desires you have, the happier you will be. Having the right information (truth) leads to contentment. Having the right understanding of the self, our purpose, our origins and our true relationships should free us from the cycles of boom and bust and lead society to that ultimate happiness.

Don't Miss The Essence!
Silence increases the quality and the level of our ability to discern, allowing us to use our time, thoughts and qualities effectively and thus benefit all. In the silence of inner quietness, the intellect makes everything clear and then we just know how to act for the best.
Too much analysis and mental processing pollutes the clarity of discernment; an overload of details makes us miss the essence.

Ignorance makes you believe that life happens haphazardly.
Wisdom teaches you that everything that happens in this theatre of life has profound significance.
What you see today is not the fruit of chance but a fruit from a seed planted in the past.

Simplicity Is Beauty
Choose a day as your day of simplicity.
Speak little, and listen with attention. Do something incognito and nice for a person you are close to. Eat simple and natural food.
Create time periods for not doing anything - just walk, look around, live the moment. Have your mind open to a more profound and silent sensitivity.
Appreciate each scene and each person as they are.

There is a myth that someone who practices spirituality gets disconnected from the world. The truth is, spiritual principles give us the right way of thinking, working and living. Spirituality is not separate from daily life. It shows the right way to go about our daily life. Being spiritual means we, the beings, use the original qualities of the spirit or soul in practical life.
1. Spirituality is not about doing something or becoming someone. It is only about being who you truly are – an embodiment of your 7 original qualities: peace, joy, love, bliss, purity, power and wisdom.
2. You do not need to leave your responsibilities, cut away from people and meditate all day to be spiritual. Spirituality is about being with people, working towards your goals, but taking care that your every thought, word and action is through a spiritual consciousness.
3. Spirituality does not mean meditating for one hour to feel good, and then doing whatever is convenient during the day. It is about charging the being or soul in the morning, and then using that power in your personal and professional life the entire day.
4. Nurture the soul daily through meditation and spiritual study. Mindful eating practices in a meditative state of mind and ethical ways of working energize the soul. Spiritual health is the foundation of mental, emotional, physical and social health.

The past is history, so let it go. The future is a mystery, so let it come. The present is a gift – be truly in the present today and release all your fears (based on the past) and your worries (imagined futures) – this is the work of someone who truly wants to awaken, and break free from the anchors and burdens of dead yesterdays and speculative tomorrows.

Have you said to someone or has someone told you - 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘳 𝘩𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘵 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘥, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦. Do you believe it is difficult or impossible to change a habit especially if it is a strong and old one? First we need to change our habit of saying I cannot change habits. Absolutely any unhealthy or uncomfortable habit can be changed. Let’s not say 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦… 𝘩𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘨𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨… 𝘩𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦… 𝘩𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵…𝘚𝘰 𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦. Anything we repeatedly do becomes our habit. Now by avoiding or changing a few times, the old habit gets finished. We need to constantly work on it even if we failed earlier. If we give up, it becomes stronger and our will power becomes weaker. Let’s confront our uncomfortable habits and ask ourselves – 𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘐 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘵? 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦? 𝘋𝘰 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦? Once our want to change is strong, changing becomes simple.
Is there anyone we know who has never changed a habit? Pretty sure there can be no-one. Each of us have created certain habits and changed them for some reason. The wrong belief that we cannot change habits makes negative habits stronger and blocks our transformation. Sit back and check how you control your habits, and your habits no longer control you. As you check repeatedly and create thoughts of what you want your reality to be, your will power increases. You let go of uncomfortable habits, dependencies and addictions. You will easily be able to choose what stays on your mind. There will be no habit that you cannot change. Not just small habits like drinking too much tea or coffee or watching TV while eating, you can get over deeper addictions. You will eventually become who you wish to be.

The ability to bend without breaking
True tolerance makes us flexible. And when we are flexible we can accommodate and adjust to anything and anyone and maintain well-being.
The ability to bend without breaking is linked to the amount of tolerance we develop.
When we are fully flexible, we become able to adjust to the most unexpected, negative and difficult situations and people.

Having clarity is the key to live a life of peace and stability. But we often find ourselves wondering how to be, what to do or which direction to step towards. When the mind enters a confused state, it creates uncertainty, irritation, anxiety and fear. We struggle to move forward and feel lost. Clarity is vital for life of peace and stability. Sometimes our mind is clouded with confusion. In this agitated inner state, mind creates too many thoughts, and the intellect cannot process them smoothly. So we struggle to take right decisions or timely decisions.

1. Confusion cannot be sorted from thinking at the same level. You need to be calm and elevate your thoughts.
2. Meditate for at least 15 minutes every morning. It cleans your mind of emotional toxins and silences it. Your intuition or wisdom gets activated.
3. In the stillness of your mind, put forth your question and wait for answers. Be assured that right answers come either immediately or later.
4. Whether it is confusion in beliefs, decisions, career or relationships, solution is within you. Even if you take advice from others, take decisions based on your intuition.
Clarity helps you take charge of the situation and choose right responses. Sit back and let’s affirm how we shift towards clarity -

Look Inwards
We all have three eyes. Two for looking out and one for looking in. Why would we want to look in when everything is happening 'out there'? Because the treasure we seek is inside, not outside. What is treasure? Beauty, truth, peace, happiness. You already have what you seek. You already are stunningly beautiful. You are already peaceful and loving. How come you don't know this? Simple, you never look inwards, beyond superficial memories or recent experiences, so you never see your own riches. Take a moment to stop, look in and see. Don't rush. Don't search. Just look. And be aware.

Do you hold a belief about success and competition that 𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘰𝘱 𝘰𝘧 𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴’ 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵? Do you aim at going ahead of other people or to perform better than your own capacity? When we compete, we cannot remain happy because of a constant insecurity and fear that someone else might go ahead of us. So even on achieving top ranks, there is insecurity. Competition creates stress, fear, jealousy, hatred and moves us away from happiness. Co-operation earns blessings and makes us successful. Success is not about racing ahead and being Number One. Success is measured by our happiness, health, beautiful relationships and our achievements. Co-operation is natural for us, so let’s live the natural way. Today, remind yourself you will constantly better yourself but not compete or compare with others. Make co-operation and not competition as your nature.
Society always encouraged us to compete and compare. We adopted the belief that life is a competition. But no matter how well we did, there was always someone with a bigger house, a better gadget or a higher position. Let us understand that no one is better, we are different. Remind yourself you are a happy being. Perform to the best of your capacity. Compare only with your previous performance. Compete with no one, but co-operate with everyone around you. Co-operate by creating good thoughts for them, co-operate by using encouraging words, co-operate by sharing what you know, co-operate by caring for everyone. Always remember your life is your journey, to your destination, at your speed, using your capacity, and on the basis of your values. From today, get off the race, focus on our path and move at a pace comfortable to you. By sharing what you know, healthy relationships will be created and you will be successful in many ways.
