One interesting thought I thunk while looking at the Stonehenge Visitor Center was being reminded of the site's use as an ancient pilgrimage destination.
Stonehenge is estimated to have been built around 3,000 BCE. Northern Europeans were engaging in pilgrimages for 3 millennia before the advent of the Jewish sect of Christianity.
Not only were we travelling distances for spiritual intentions, but it was also a healing center. The stones were thought to have healing energies.
So travelling for religion and healing is NOT a Christian origin thing. One more thing they took from Paganism. One more piece of evidence that Abrahamism is FAKE. (Islam even moreso!!)

One point that was emphasized in my mind looking at the medieval Hebrew Bible on display Winchester Cathedral is just how silly the notion is that Christianity is European culture.
Yahwist internet edgelords like to promote the false idea that since the New Testament was written in Greek that itโs a European cultural document. But the fact is that ALL of the original Christians were Jews, Christianity was strictly a Jewish sect, and Koine Greek was the lingua franca of Jews in the Roman Empire.

Some of the creepy art seen in Cathedrals and Chapels. I always take note of (but then forget to catalogue and post!) the CREEPY art created by Christians over the centuries. Male deities played a role in fertility rites in addition to female deities. My husband and I had a discussion about how man is the farmer & woman the soil. She canโt bring forth life without him. Very interesting that when this video mentions global populations, East Asian and Arab women are less likely to be favorable to dating black men than white women.
I have seen this shift in my own lifetime. When I was young, it was very looked down upon to date outside of your race although White and East Asian mixing was always given more of a pass. (Although interesting that "yellow fever" was not a thing before the 1980s or 1990s and I've seen John Lennon be upset in interviews at public reaction to his relationship with Yoko and cruel things said about her in print media because a public mixed relationship like that was so unusual at the time).
Anyway, I've seen the shift before my very eyes. It can only be down to a massive media and educational indoctrination campaign whereby exclusive heteroracial dating is judged as racist and the media is elevating black men to fetish levels.
