Muhokamalik gaplar bo’lsa, ko’rishaylik.
Fun fact about airlines: airlines partner with each other and offer tickets to the staff of the partner airline. I got my sister a ticket for American Airlines for a return trip to New York - San Francisco which cost $100. Normally this ticket costs $300-$500 depending on the season and the time before departure.

A friend of mine opened his blog in telegram to share about admissions process in universities abroad. He did his undergrad at Georgetown and has an MBA from NYU. He is very much suited to give advice on the topic. Basically, the dude is cracked😮💨.

We did a podcast with my sister back in August in Silk Road Innovation in Palo Alto. Some of views have changed since then, but it has a lot general advice that applies to most people. Give it a watch!

"But of course there are all different kinds of freedom, and the kind that is most precious you will not hear much talk about much in the great outside world of wanting and achieving…. The really important kind of freedom involves attention and awareness and discipline, and being able truly to care about other people and to sacrifice for them over and over in myriad petty, unsexy ways every day."

Freshman Academy and the donors are doing God’s work with this initiative. As Tyler Cowen once said: “At critical moments in time, you can raise the aspirations of other people significantly, especially when they are relatively young, simply by suggesting they do something better or more ambitious than what they might have in mind. It costs you relatively little to do this, but the benefit to them, and to the broader world, may be enormous.”

Like I have always said, if it doesn't cost you much effort/time/money to help out someone who's lost and directionless, DO IT. The downside is small, upside is infinite. Worst case you're out of a few bucks.

But for directionless folks out there, be high agency. You can do anything, just keep pushing. Reach out to people, read a lot, and keep grinding. Don't forget to live as well.
