NGK 1.5 + APP 3.5 updates are out now on Mi 8
New NGK 1.5 + APP 3.5 updates are out now on Pocophone F1, you can see the update from the NGK app directly and download it. When next update will come it will be possible to directly install app update and directly flash NGK from the app. Have fun and here are some shots of the update 😎
Note: NGK XDA thread has gotten a good update too thanks to @iamgitch for the artworks

Note: flash current ROM before kernel even if coming from ngk, this is required to make sure android R setup doesnt mess with android 10 one later on.

To make things easier for everyone and so that I can help you better,
People having an issue could at first search the keyword of their problem as 75% of the time its already answered.
Anyone addressing anything should make sure they atleast followed #cleanflash method and have a look at the notes (sometimes your answer is there) and then if answer is not found address with :

Kernel version, profile & any other tweak:
Problem:
Note: As issues are often related to temps, please send ambient temperatures as well.
Ex:
Poco f1
Corvus 5.0
Ngk 1.5.5, balance profile, ngk thermals off.
Ambient temperature: 42C
-Charging is slow when gaming and battery is 50C

Poco kernel and the ngk apps have been rebased entirely and made from scratch all over again, took a while but it's for the best!

I can now recommend the NGK App, its fast & smooth and has some interesting features. Feel free to share your custom profiles with the NGK community!
Thread + Changelogs have been updated make sure your read at least the second one along with its notes.

By the way battery temperatures are wrong in ngk app overlay, will be fixed in a future update

Can't be updated from app directly due to busybox issue, but it will work from now on and busybox won't be required anymore.
