On Android 12, you need to manually add link to verified links in order to open t.iss.one links in Nekogram. Android will reset this settings for every app update.
If you have @LSPosed installed, you can use this module to disable the verification.

There is an official bug since Reactions has been added. Every time the available reactions are cached, a new record will be inserted into the database.
The size of the local database will become larger and larger over time and cannot be cleared.
