Это последнее, правда!
Я дорвалась 😁. Читаю регулярно, но давно не получалось прям полноценно так больше часа лежать в тишине и читать. Это ооочень меня наполняет.
Сейчас, помимо уроков, школы, группы тренеров и наставничества, я каждый день по несколько часов готовлю важный проект. Не только для меня, но и для преподавателей, которых достало не доводить курсы до конца из-за их объёма и нагрузки.

Ребята, не знаю, когда это случилось, но в работе над моим новым проектом принимают участие ещё 4 человека, кроме меня 😱.
Я разошлась и даже заказала аудит программы с точки зрения принципов обучения взрослых людей.

Адаптация материалов тайм!
Ученик хочет читать статьи на всякие финансово-экономические темы, выбирает их сам, я адаптирую и делаю задания аж на несколько уроков. Включаю работу над тем, что сейчас "болит" и надо повторить.

Mr. Johnson said he would stay on in his post until the Conservative Party chooses a new leader, which could take several months. After leading Britain out of the European Union in 2020, the prime minister did not have much of a plan for what to do next. Over the years, he has been described as irresponsible and lacking any moral center. “He’s probably the best liar we’ve ever had as a prime minister. He knows a hundred different ways to lie,” a former Conservative member of Parliament said recently.
However, some members of the Conservative Party are deeply grateful to the prime minister for getting Britain out of the European Union. Fran Carpenter, a Conservative representative in Hampshire wrote in a WhatsApp message. “We have lost one of the best leaders of our time.” Mr. Johnson, she said, had done what the people wanted him to do, such as delivering Brexit as well as a tougher immigration policy, and she said she now worried about the future of democracy. Some Conservative members of Parliament, she said, could not “cope with personality” and were jealous of him. “And he was (is) just brilliant and funny,” she wrote.
On Thursday afternoon, Mr. Johnson said that the economic situation is very difficult. It has become a period that is frequently compared to the 1970s in Britain, an era of stagflation when the economy shrank and inflation soared. Inflation in the country has reached an annual rate of 9.1 percent, the highest in four decades, caused by supply chain disruptions from pandemic lockdowns and the situation in Ukraine.
“It is a really tough time for a lot of people,” said Andrew Goodwin, the chief U.K. economist at Oxford Economics. For lower-income households, “it’s going to be worse because the sorts of things that you spend more on — food, petrol, energy — are the things that are going up in price the most rapidly. So their inflation rates are going to be even higher.”

У меня во вторник официально последнее занятие с группой тренеров! Все.
На какое-то время прекращаю работать с группами тренеров и Догме. Чувствую, что переросла и что не все готовы к такому формату (кто-то хочет буквально передачи знаний, а это не вебинары).
Если вы сомневаетесь в форматах своей работы, оттолкнуться нужно, как всегда, от своих сильных сторон. Например, я крутой организатор, поэтому оставляю школу. Ещё я отличный методолог, поэтому ведение на наставничестве и мини-курс по Догме. Собственно, ещё только два ученика и все.
Всегда пляшем от себя любимых.
