I'm sure each of you is wondering what is really happening with the project and how things are going now. From the very beginning, we have told you that Multi AI is primarily a platform, and then it is a token.
The platform is developing, we are adding models, improving the backend, preparing the website for the transition to v2 with minor design changes and improved optimization, and the number of regular users is continuously growing.
As for the MAI token, the situation here is quite inconvenient for us. To partner with DEX, we need about $70,000, of which $60,000 in MAI tokens, some of which were planned to be used for the liquidity pool. Considering the current market capitalization, $60,000 in MAI tokens is approximately 20ะ MAI. As you know, the team had 7M tokens, and we received another 4M from the latest unlocks. By the way, the staking rewards are not included in these 11M, as it was fully sponsored by the team's personal tokens.
As you understand, we cannot enter into this partnership with the current market cap. Even if we manage to return to ATH through marketing efforts (which is extremely difficult in the current market on the BSC network), by entering into such a partnership, we lose the opportunity to list on CEX. For example, to list on MEXC, we would need $60,000 worth of MAI tokens and $50,000 USDT. So, to enter into a partnership with DEX and list on one exchange, we need at least a 1.1M mcap, considering our current token reserves. However, after that, we will also lose opportunities for further development.
From all of the above, it follows that we can fully develop the project only with a significant reserve of tokens and stables. We consulted with some individuals in the T1 blockchain space, and together with the team, we came to the conclusion that we need to launch MAI on the Ethereum network. This action will allow us to attract finances for project development, provide a reserve of tokens for major partnerships and CEX listings, and attract major players who only participate in ETH projects.

Platform users will buy the token on the network where it is cheaper, so the launch of MAI-ETH will not have a negative impact on MAI token holders on BSC. Additionally, during the pre-launch marketing period of MAI-ETH, new users will only be able to access the platform by purchasing MAI on BSC. Considering the above, it can be assumed that the price of the MAI token on BSC will strive to align with the price of MAI on ETH even before the official release of a full bridge that will guarantee the equalization of MAI value across all networks.
We believe that this decision is highly beneficial for both MAI token holders on BSC and future holders of the MAI token on ETH, as this strategy closely resembles a win-win format. We also understand that the key in this matter is not to rush the launch and choose the most suitable option. The presale (FL) of MAI on the Ethereum network will take place on Pinksale in mid-October. The MAI emission will remain the same as on BSC. 50 ETH soft cap, no hard cap. Considering the planned tokenomics, the listing price in this case is guaranteed to be over $0.00275, with a market cap of over $275,000 (assuming an ETH price of ~$1650 and minimum contributions of 50 ETH).
There will be no private sale, as it would negatively impact the presale on Pinksale. Selling MAI (ETH) tokens during the listing would result in all private sale participants making profits, which would inevitably drive the price down. To avoid such situations, we have found a way to offer a discount to MAI holders (BSC) without negatively affecting the chart.
MAI holders (BSC) will be eligible for a 20% cashback on their MAI (ETH) token purchase, which will be paid out in ETH after the end of the presale. This means you will receive a 20% discount on the purchase amount while buying MAI at the same price as others. The most attentive users of the platform have already noticed some changes that we have been testing. But let's go through everything in order.
The first thing we did was restructure the sections of the website. They have now become much more logical and understandable for a wider audience. Importantly, the new sections are easier to index on search engines such as Google, DuckDuckGo, OneSearch, etc. The main changes affected the dApp section, where we added a search by model name and several convenient filters.
We have also created new images for each section of the website, updated the roadmap, made the Media Partners section more beautiful and functional, and made some improvements to the loading page. We sincerely hope that using our platform will now be easier and more enjoyable.
The rest of the changes only affected the backend, and you won't notice them immediately, but they are also very important for the smooth operation of the platform. We have optimized the code of each website page, thereby increasing the loading speed. We have implemented more advanced protection against DDoS attacks, added markup for SEO, and fixed several bugs.
