Born and raised in the U.S. Virgin Islands, he embraced Islam at just 16 years old. He went on to study for 8 years at the distinguished hawza seminary in Qom and now serves as a resident โ€˜alim in Tampa, Florida.

Weโ€™re excited to announce that like previous years, we will have a Quran competition at the MSA-PSG Conference!
The competition will be held for Memorization (Hifdh), Recitation (Qira'at), and Translation (Tarjimah). You can use this link to sign up for the competition. Registration at the conference is required for participation in the Quran competition.
