Morphware Dubai Mining Update

We’re testing a next-generation cooling system that’s more energy efficient than traditional air and liquid cooling setups.

It’s showing strong potential, but temporary power issues are limiting full miner operation. The team is working with local engineers to fix the issue or replace the cooling unit.

If resolved, operations will resume by Nov 20. If not, the units will be relocated to ensure uninterrupted performance.

Our focus remains on efficiently scaling our GPU and Bitcoin infrastructure in energy-optimized regions.

We’ve signed another client to a major two-year energy contract.

The client will purchase $6,700,000 worth of energy annually, adding $13,400,000 in revenue to the project.

EXPANSION UPDATE

The biggest upside for token holders is always in the first two years of scaling, and that is exactly where Morphware is focused.

Our original plan was to have the Valenzuela site ready in Q4, which would have pushed buybacks higher in the short term.

Instead, we chose to use that same budget, roughly the equivalent of 1,200–1,500 miners, to build and expand across multiple sites. That decision opened the door to a $40M sale and secured close to $4M dedicated to new miners.

Yes, higher buybacks in Q4 would have been nice, but they also would have limited how far we could grow from there.

By going with a multi-site expansion strategy, we’re positioning token holders to get more value through 2026 and beyond.
