Hello, it's Vova @piofant, host of @mipt_meetup
I have an idea to make our typical meetup this Sunday (30.07) at 20:00 (MSK), with a duration of ~2 hours, like we did in 2022.
Just a brief reminder of how our meetups usually go:
- The host starts by asking new attendees about their place of study or any other question to start the discussion
- Within 5-10 minutes, attendees join the meeting
- The host then automatically places everyone in breakout rooms with 2-3 people each
- For the next 20 minutes, you get to know your conversation partner, asking them questions and bonding.
- You are free to ask questions on the fly, or start discussing topics that the organizers post in advance to fill any awkward silences when the conversation stutters.

Привет! Я участник mipt_meetup Юра Маркелов. У меня новый проект.
Я каждое утро хожу пешком на учёбу примерно от Кутузовской до Фрунзенской по набережной. Это занимает километров шесть и час с копейками. Совмещаю эту прогулку с общением.
У меня есть 100+ часов опыта в педагогике, организации мероприятий до 50 человек @tusimtrezvo и @fili5verst, математике, благотворительности, построении систем через делегирование, русской поэзии, беге на длинные дистанции, путешествиях автостопом.
Я приглашаю прогуляться со мной тех, кому такое общение может оказаться полезным. Желающие пройтись и пообщаться со мной приглашаются написать мне @YuriiMarkelov. Остальные детали мы обсудим в переписке.
