Recap the latest meeting on Friday:

🔥There were 13 of us!

1️⃣ We met with cool girls Yulia, Natasha, Angela, Mary, Anna, Sofya, and a guy Baraa. Yulia is on the 4th year of MIPT. She is interested in physics, also she writes poetry. Natasha is from DREC department of MIPT😎. She had an swe internship at Yandex and currently she is at Kaspersky Lab. Natasha is seeking to try DS positions in the future. Angela is from the 2nd year of HSE. She is preparing for first working experience. She has an experience in ml and currently applying to Microsoft)) Mary is from DREC as well😎. She plays piano and is planning to move abroad. Anna is on the 2nd year of SPbU, she is preparing for Facebook final interview. Sofya is familiar to our club. She is from MSU. Baraa is a student of Medical biotechnology department of MIPT.

2️⃣ Anton, Artem, Vlad suggested to move to Zoom payed version to split in pairs automatically.

Recap Saturday meeting:

1️⃣ We met with newcomers: absorbing guys Michil, Kirill, Victor, and Anna. Michil is a 3rd year student of ITMO. He did an internship at Yandex, where he worked on optimizing SQL requests. Currently he is working as a data analysist at StarLine and conduct research in the field of NLP at ITMO. Kirill is a Research Engineer at MIT Julia Lab where he develops NeuralPDE.jl — a solver package which consists of neural network solvers for partial differential equations using scientific ML. Victor conducts his research at Wireless Networks Lab @IITP RAS. Also he has a publication in habr about data protection. Anna is a master student of the Department "Biomedical Engineering" of TSTU.

2️⃣ Zoom gives an ability to switch on a timer. We need to increase pair time up to 20min and show the end signal not before 1min, but 3min.

Thanks to Yuri and colleagues who launched the offline meeting today! We became distributed😂

Today we came up with the idea that prepared questions mostly needed for us in 2️⃣ cases:

1. To ask something when we don't have more questions to another speaker.
2. To initiate the communication with unfamiliar man or girl.

In other cases it isn't difficult to come up with a topic to discuss.
