Патч с обновлением Guile-DSV до версии 0.5.2 приняли в GNU Guix:

Постепенно переношу Guile-INI на новый API Guile-SMC, чтобы проверить корректность архитектурных решений и их реализации.

GitHub говорит, что Guile-INI состоит на ~42% из M4 макросов, и лишь на ~27% из кода на Scheme. Основная часть кода генерируется автоматически из описания ДКА в формате PlantUML и подтягивается из Guile-SMC. И это правильно, ведь в большинстве парсеров делаются одни и те же вещи, а значит, реализацию ДКА для парсеров можно обобщить, что я и пытаюсь сделать.

Ещё интересно будет попробовать Guile-SMC в проектах, где вместо чтения файлов есть некий "водоворот событий" ("event loop") — например, при реализации чат-ботов, либо же web-сервисов.

Очень красивая композиция, и не менее красивое официальное видео на неё. Струнным инструментом здесь является трёхструнная лира — вероятно, финнская/карельская Jouhikko (произносится "yo-hee-ko".) Традиционно струны на такой лире изготавливались из лошадиных волос.

В трёхструнной Jouhikko средняя струна является бурдонной ("drone string") — то есть, задающей общий фон для остальной мелодии. Абсолютная высота звука инструмента не фиксирована, но обычно лира настраивается на тональность D ("ре мажор"), таким образом струнам даётся порядок нот D-A-E соответственно, где "D" — это бас, "A" — это бурдон и "E" является второй нотой в гамме. В альтовой Jouhikko порядок нот другой, A-E-B. Обычно на инструменте можно играть как мажорные, так и минорные гаммы.
