Beginning November 3rd, Paypal Expanding Their Speech Restriction Rules

“Acceptable Use Policy” violations of the PayPal User Agreement “…may subject you to damages, including liquidated damages of $2,500.00 U.S. dollars per violation,” as per PayPal.

The updated policy prohibits users from using PayPal for activities that:

“Involve the sending, posting, or publication of any messages, content, or materials that, in PayPal’s sole discretion, (a) are harmful, obscene, harassing, or objectionable … (e) depict, promote, or incite hatred or discrimination of protected groups or of individuals or groups based on protected characteristics (e.g. race, religion, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, etc.) … (g) are fraudulent, promote misinformation … or (i) are otherwise unfit for publication.”

Imagine what these numbers would look like without the constant drumbeat of denialism coming from the institutions — if the media stopped promoting hysteria about "white supremacy" and "neo-nazis" for even just a week — if they were not constantly saying "don't believe your lying eyes" with regard to how the system openly discriminates against whites.

Even with the constant, incessant lies about an "epidemic of hate," these are the the best numbers they can swing?

Less than 24 hours later, the NY Times reports, under a deceptive headline, about election data being stored in China.

The day before, they wrote:

"Using threadbare evidence, or none at all, the group suggested that a small American election software company, Konnech, had secret ties to the Chinese Communist Party and had given the Chinese government backdoor access to personal data"

But now:

District Attorney investigators found that in contradiction to the contract, information was stored on servers in the People’s Republic of China.

This person bizarrely doesn't realize he is an employee of one of the largest media corporations in the world -- the Comcast Corp., with NBC News as one of its units -- and they, too, "capriciously" promote whatever lies and disinformation they want with "no real guardrails."
