Does there exist a mini display port to mini HDMI cable?

I know I can do it with an adapter but I want to see if I can get it with just that cable.

I have a surface book and am trying to use a portable external monitor that accepts either mini HDMI *or* usb-c.

However, the surface book's mini display port doesn't seem to work with the usb-c when connected.

For those who travel a lot, Clear+TSApre is great, but I don't get how the economics of clear is viable.

Only once have I encountered a line and usually there are about three clear staffers just hanging around doing nothing. And it seems it would be faster if they just checked my ID and glanced at my boarding pass rather than scanning my eyes or fingers and then scanning the pass, only for me to have to show my pass again as they walk me to the TSA staffer.
