The Shushtar Historical Hydraulic System is a continuous collection of 13 historical structures including bridges, dams, mills, waterfalls, hand-dug canals, and massive water conduits. These 13 interrelated parts operate as a unified hydraulic system, the system was built during the Achaemenid to Sassanid periods to maximize the water usage efficiency. In the travelogue of the renowned French archaeologist, Jean-Jacques de Morgan, this cite is mentioned as the largest industrial complex prior to the Industrial Revolution.

ذکر این نکته نیز مهم است که شکار حیوانات به قصد تفریح نیز حرام است. همان طور که در احادیث نیز گفته شد، کشتن حیوانات اگر بدون دلیل باشد حرام است، ولی کشتن حیوانات به قصد خوردن گوشتشان و یا دفع ضررشان اشکالی ندارد
