Abyaneh is famous due to its native architecture & diverse historical buildings, & has been registered in Iran National Heritage List.
There are several springs near Abyaneh. Also, the fire temple of Abyaneh is considered as the most important & the oldest tourist & historical attraction of this village. This fire temple dates back to the Achaemenid period.

Martyr Dr. Mustafa Chamran (2 October 1932 – 21 June 1981) was a physicist, politician & the Minister of Defense of Iran, a representative of the first Islamic Consultative Assembly (Iranian Parliament) & one of Iran's commanders in the Iran-Iraq War & the founder of the Irregular Warfare Headquarters during the Iran-Iraq War. He graduated from the University of Tehran in electromechanics. Then continued his studies in the USA & earned a doctorate in plasma physics. Chamran had a mystical personality & had many works of art, including paintings, sculptures & photographs. Mustafa Chamran martyred on June 21, 1982, on the road of Dehlaviyeh to Susangerd (Khuzestan).

دکتر مصطفی چمران: فیزیک‌دان، سیاستمدار و وزیر دفاع ایران، نماینده دوره اول مجلس شورای اسلامی، از فرماندهان ایران در جنگ ایران و عراق و بنیان‌گذار ستاد جنگ‌های نامنظم در جریان جنگ ایران و عراق بود
وی در دانشگاه تهران، تحصیلات خود را در رشته الکترومکانیک به پایان برد. سپس برای ادامه تحصیل به آمریکا رفت و درجه دکتری در فیزیک پلاسما کسب کرد
چمران شخصیتی عارفانه داشت و آثار هنری زیادی را بر جای گذاشت که از جمله آن‌ها می‌توان به تابلوهای نقاشی، مجسمه‌ها و عکس‌ها اشاره کرد
مصطفی چمران در ۳۱ خرداد ماه ۱۳۶۰ در مسیر دهلاویه-سوسنگرد به شهادت رسید
