و تارهای توطئه‌ای را که این جادوگر پیر در بغداد از نخ درهم تنیده‌ای می‌بافد که صحنه محلی و حتی منطقه‌ای را پیچیده می‌کند آشکار شود.
رومانوفسکی علاوه بر زبان انگلیسی، زبان فرانسه را نیز می‌فهمد، به عبری و عربی صحبت می‌کند و به دلیل حضور طولانی‌مدت چهار دهه‌ای در خاورمیانه در مقام دیپلمات آمریکایی، مطالعاتی در زمینه فرهنگ عرب و یهود انجام داده است. در دانشگاه تل‌آویو در رژیم صهیونیستی تحصیل کرده و مدرک کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت را از دانشگاه شیکاگو آمریکا گرفته است.
در شرایط استعماری حکومت بر مردم و تصاحب ثروت آن‌ها، به دو عنصر برجسته «ارعاب مردم، سپس دنبال کردن سیاست سرخوردگی» وابسته است و این همان چیزی‌ست که در استراتژی آمریکا برای تسلط بر امورات ملت‌ها دیده‌ایم، چراکه ایشان معتقدند منصفانه نیست ۸۰ درصد از نعمت‌های جهان را در برخی مناطق داشته باشیم و در برخی مناطق دیگر نه! سختی حکومت بر طبقات فرهیخته و فهمیده مردم را می‌بینند، لذا دست به کارزار جهل فرهنگی و علمی و تحریف ارزش‌های اجتماعی می‌زنند تا به کشور مورد نظر ضربه زده، آن را در هرج و مرج توسعه‌نیافتگی فرو برند، و سپس با گسترش ترس و وحشت از طریق تروریسم و هسته‌های خرابکاری سیستماتیک، و انتشار انبوه رسانه‌های گمراه‎کننده کشور را به مسیرهای سرخوردگی بکشانند تا فتنه و مصیبت ارکان کشورهای نفتی و غنی از منابع طبیعی را ویران کند.

وباتت واضحة خيوط المؤامرة التي تُحيكها العجوز الساحرة ببغداد من غزل متشابك يربك المشهد المحلي وحتى الإقليمي .
ولدى رومانوفسكي إلمام باللغة الفرنسية الى جانب اللغة الإنكليزية ، كما تتحدث العبرية والعربية ، وقد أجرت دراسات حول الثقافتين العربية واليهودية ، نظرا لتواجدها الطويل لاربعة عقود مضت في منطقة الشرق الأوسط ضمن السلك الدبلوماسي الأمريكي ، وقد درست في جامعة (تل أبيب) في الكيان الصهيوني، وبعدها حصلت على شهادة الماجستير في الادارة من جامعة شيكاغو الامريكية .
ففي السياقات الاستعمارية لحكم الشعوب والاستيلاء على ثرواتها يعتمد عنصرين بارزين ، (تخويف الناس ، ثم إتباع سياسة إلاحباط) ، وهذا ما لمسناه في الإستراتيجية الامريكية للهيمنة على مقدرات الشعوب ، إذ يعتقدون أن من غير المنصف وجود ۸۰٪ من خيرات المعمورة في مناطق معينة دون أخرى ، ويرون من الصعوبة حكم طبقات الشعب المتعلمة والمثقفة ، فيعمدون الى حملة تجهيل ثقافية وعلمية وتشوية القيم الاجتماعية لضرب البلاد المستهدفة لإيقاعها بفوضى التخلف وجرها لمسالك الإحباط بعد نشر الخوف والهلع من خلال الإرهاب وخلايا التخريب الممنهج وبث كم هائل من الاعلام المظلل لتكون الفتن والمحن المعول الهدام لأركان الدول النفطية والغنية بالثروات الطبيعية.
