Put interactions with external systems through a layer of indirection like a load balancer so that you could save some headache when migrations happen. Make sure that this actually works (for example, that load balancers are not hard assigned to tenants and will survive a tenant change in the future).

my honest opinion:
Gorgonzola - 4/10. I did not vomit from eating it, but I also did not like it and will probably not buy it again. I just didn't get it I guess. Too strong. Also smelled like sweaty unwashed penis, maybe that's because of me not wearing jeans when tasting, but people on the internet also report similar experiences.
Shropshire - 7/10. This one is still rather spicy and may be a bit too much for my tastes if eaten alone, but could be fine in dishes.
Brie to have some base reference for comparison - :3 cheese :3 :3 :3 :3 10/10 would devour.
Overall opinion: I am afraid me and blue cheeses are not meant for each other after all. I could maybe use them as a component in sauces, but my preferred way of eating cheese is placing slices in my mouth with my bare hands, so I would rather prefer something milder.
