rwa 시장을 탐험하는건 여전히 가치가 있습니다.

현재 유지중인 전략은 xyz100을 long 하면서 지수의 60프로를 담당하는 7개의 기업에 대해서 포지션을 확장하여 notional hedging을 구현한 것입니다.

전략 수립의 기본적인 배경은
1. funding rate.
2. 자본의 효율적 활용
3. ai capex의 수혜가 공급망 병목 기업으로 이동할 가능성이었습니다.

xyz100의 funding rate의 경우 펀딩 산식에 기본적으로 0.5* 스케일링 팩터가 포함되어 있습니다.

다시 말해, 개별 주식과 xyz100이 인덱스 프라이스로부터 같은 괴리율 %를 보일때, 상대적으로 xyz100은 절반의 펀딩을 지불하거나 받는 것입니다.

지금과 같은 주식 호황에는 숏이 우세한 펀딩을 받는 경우가 대부분이고, 결과적으로 대부분의 포지션을 헷징한 상태에서 유리한 펀딩을 받을 수 있는 전략이 됩니다.

또한, cross 마진이 가능한 헷징 종목들로 바스킷을 구성할 경우, 자본의 효율성을 극대화 시킬수 있는 전략이라는 점에서 굉장히 매력적입니다.

마지막은 방향성 베팅이 들어가지만, 현재가 상승장의 초입이라고 판단되지 않기에 상당히 가능성 높은 베팅이라고 생각합니다.

만약, 스스로가 방향성을 맞추는데 승률이 높은 트레이더가 아니라고 생각한다면 어느 곳에서든 승률이 50프로가 넘는 전략들을 발견하려고 더욱 더 노력해야 합니다.

시장의 방향성을 세갈래라고 놓았을때 두갈래 길로 가는 길에서 수익이 나는 전략이라면 언제든 진입하고 경험하는 것이 긴 기간 시장에서 승리할 수 있는 마음가짐입니다.

여전히 rwa가 더 많은 기회를 열어 줄 것이라고 기대하고 있으며,

Exploring RWA markets is still worth it.

The strategy we're currently running is to go long XYZ100 while expanding short positions on the 7 companies that make up roughly 60% of the index, creating a notional hedge.

The basic thesis behind this strategy is:

1) Funding rate
2) Efficient capital utilization
3) The possibility that the benefits of AI capex may shift toward supply-chain bottleneck companies

For XYZ100’s funding rate, the formula includes a 0.5x scaling factor.

In other words, when individual stocks and XYZ100 have the same percentage deviation from their index price, XYZ100 pays or receives only half the funding.

In a strong equity market like the current one, shorts often receive favorable funding.

As a result, this can become a strategy where most of the directional exposure is hedged, while still receiving attractive funding.

It is also highly attractive from a capital efficiency perspective, especially when the basket is composed of hedgeable assets under cross margin.

The last part does involve a directional view.

But since I do not believe we are at the very beginning of a new bull market, I think this is a fairly high-probability bet.

If you do not believe you are a trader with a high win rate in predicting direction, then you should work even harder to find strategies where the odds are above 50%.

If the market has three possible paths, and your strategy can make money in two of them, then entering, testing, and gaining experience is the kind of mindset that can help you win over the long run.
