KIS IPO - Proteina (468530) bouncing back on rising hopes for its Landscape™ platform. Co is leveraging its PPI Landscape™ platform, built on its proprietary SPID technology, to revolutionize antibody optimization by high-speed screening of thousands of antibody variants without purification, enabling bio-better and novel antibody drug development for the global market. Unlike traditional Phage/Yeast Display methods, which are limited by random mutations and costly purification processes, PPI Landscape™ precisely modifies CDR amino acid sequences, generating vast antigen-antibody binding data in weeks.

=> Co’s platform’s ability to design antibodies that can secure patent novelty and ownership offers significant advantages to drug developers. Co has driven partnerships, including contracts with Company A (co-development under discussion), Biotech Company B, and a comprehensive deal with Company C, with more agreements expected by end-2025. Co is developing bio-better antibody drugs using its PPI big data, including a Humira-enhanced candidate with 1/100 dosage developed in three months which is in preclinical stages for patenting and L/O, aiming to produce 3~5 bio-better candidates annually for co-development or L/O.

Moreover, Co was selected for a 2024 national project with Seoul National University to build an AI antibody bank with over 500k variant datasets, with an AI antibody drug development platform set for release by the end-2025. Co’s PPI Landscape™ enables cost-efficient big data generation (20–30 times cheaper than SPR/BLI), driving a “Lab-in-the-loop” AI strategy that directly learn and verify antibody designs, positioning Co as a game-changer in global antibody drug development. I see a huge upside in shr px as Co begins to disclose LO/partnership deals and as investors begin to understand Co's business better. Co's most comparable overseas peer Generate Biomedicines (Unlisted) was recently valued at c. $1.68bn in a pre-IPO round. Buy on dip!
