Sophia Schades alleges the man hit a phone in a crumpled-up shirt on the ground and was recording underneath the wall of the dressing room stall. Mall security said they would keep an eye on him, but by the time police arrived, the unidentified man had gotten away. An investigation is underway.

Officials say the elevator fell from the 4th floor to the ground, and the men can be seen being tossed into each other and collapsing onto the ground.
