🇺🇸 Seattle Police Department has released bodycam snippets of the response to the Seattle Center gang involved mass shooting on July 26th.

Two innocent bystanders were killed, and a teen believed to be associated with one of the gunmen was also killed. Four others were wounded, including a 2-year-old toddler hospitalized in stable condition. A 15-year-old was arrested at the scene. At least one other shooter remains at large.

🇺🇸 A distracted driver in #ElPaso narrowly avoided hitting a police officer during a traffic stop before crashing into the stopped vehicle, causing injuries to both the officer and the vehicle's driver. The incident resulted in the driver being cited for failing to control their speed and causing a collision.

🇺🇸 A family of black bears surprised vacationers by opening a car door and climbing inside their vehicle at a cabin in Gatlinburg, #Tennessee.

Lindsey said her family had just arrived at their vacation cabin and finished unloading their car about 30 minutes prior when the bears approached. One of the cubs climbed into the vehicle and began eating leftover ice from a cup. The encounter left the family “in shock” but was incredibly exciting, Lindsey said, calling it the highlight of their trip.

They are smart. They will go into cabins and open the freezer.. time for ice cream.

🇧🇸 Authorities in the #Bahamas said a small seaplane crashed into a dock while trying to take off on Saturday.

The aircraft was carrying eight passengers and two crew members, all U.S. citizens. Police said nearby boaters helped get everyone off the plane before officers arrived, and no injuries were reported.

After the impact, the aircraft sank in about 100 feet of water. Bahamian authorities said all relevant government agencies have been notified and the investigation is ongoing.

🇲🇰 A teenage boy was brutally beaten in the streets of Gostivar, North Macedonia, with one of the attackers kicking him in the head after he collapsed to the ground.

Police identified two teenage suspects, confiscated their passports, and barred them from leaving the country while the investigation continues.

🇺🇸 #LosAngeles. Over the weekend on the Venice Pier, a vehicle drove onto the crowded pier. The driver appeared impaired, then accelerated toward people…including kids. No one was hit, but it was dangerously close.

The man who shot the video says he called 911 immediately and was told officers were on the way, but wants to know why a threat like that didn’t get a faster response.
