Me: I have no problem adapting to changes and new things
Also me: a week of total burnout with constant crying fits and nausea just because I had the idea of applying for a job at a public institution, and now I have to study a lot of subjects I'd never studied before for the entrance exam while I'm working at my current job and I'm also pretty sure that I'll never be selected and even if I do it will change all my life completely once again and I'm so not ready even if I really need a better job

The newly appointed U.S. CEO of TikTok, Adam Presser, has stated that using the term "Zionist" in a derogatory way can be classified as hate speech under the platform's policies. The word remains acceptable when used in a positive context, for example in phrases like "I am a proud Zionist."
He noted that TikTok has substantially scaled up its moderation, with the number of accounts banned for hateful activity tripling over the past year. According to Presser, there is "no finish line" when it comes to moderation, suggesting that content removals and enforcement actions will keep growing rather than slowing down as the company works to detect and respond to violative trends.
Reports also indicate that TikTok receives ongoing input from more than two dozen Jewish organisations regarding emerging hateful content trends, which feeds directly into the platform's enforcement decisions.
