Pedophile rapist, BLM activist, and "Refuse Fascism" supporter Kenneth Deberry was sentenced to 39 months in prison today.
He brought a .38 to "counter protest" a November 2020 DC Trump rally and sucker punched a Trump supporter.
Deberry could not legally posses that firearm as he has priors for raping, giving a STD, and impregnating a 13 year old girl (in addition to the gun being illegal in DC).
They dismissed the assault charge he got for sucker punching the Trump supporter as a part of plea, the assault charge came from when he was on bail, he violently assaulted a relative
