BREAKING: Election reform bill passes the Georgia House of Representatives by a vote of 97-72. The bill requires a photo ID when applying for an absentee ballot and limits the times that ballot drop boxes can be accessed. The Bill has already passed the senate, and now will need to be signed by the Governor to go into law.
