1/2 Went and met with my friend from Russia today. If I’m being honest he is more than my friend. He is someone who i would do anything for. He is like family to me, and so is his wife, kids and extended family. Not much I would not do for them.

He was born actually in Ukraine. He spent the last 12 or so years before coming here in Russia. He’s over 60 and has been here for about 20 years. He goes back often and has been married to his wife for over 40 years. He is one I would call loyal and committed.

I asked him what his thoughts were on Ukraine. He said, “Joe you are not wrong”. He also said he is torn and already lost one friend over the debate of what is up and what is down. As much as he hides his emotions, you could see the pain as he described his friend of over 45 years telling him to F off who lives in Ukraine over the disagreement of what is right or wrong.

The reality became evident that his friend volunteers at the local hospital and sees up front and personal the consequences of war. The turmoil of being in the war is far different than being a bystander on the outside. I’ve seen this before actually…. When I was in the Middle East. The stories of those lost, those families tore apart and the pain of living through it… much different than those who even hear about it or even see it happen.

Yet, my friend walked me through the reality of Russia and Ukraine and the meddling NATO and western globalist cabal in not respecting the sovereignty of Russia. He spoke of things he knows to be facts. He could not find any fault in Russia’s response as he equated it to pushing them into a corner. Something the radical leftists like Soros, Biden, European and Chinese globalists are likely to regret as they threatened quite literally the security of a sovereign nation. He spoke of the slander and propaganda of the west against Putin but also acknowledged the reality that Putin is ex-KGB Commander and someone who will not hesitate to act when Russia is provoked. He said it is a no win situation while coming to a similar realization that Putin quite literally is fighting an evil even he sees as unacceptable.

It was the conversation of a reasonable and wise man with years of experience and the cultural understanding of the region. He is Jewish, and he knows all too well the dynamic of faith, the history of Russia and the resolve of the people both in Ukraine and Russia. He described the people as that of a lion, that will fight with its very last breath. And when all ability to fight with weapons is exhausted, both sides will literally use their teeth and bite their enemy if need be to win the war. This is not a visual you are likely to forget and a contrast to the weak people too comfortable with their 80 inch TVs and Xbox to even understand what true sacrifice even looks like.

So as I left, I thanked him for the perspective. I told him I would pray for his family and friends still in the region and that I loved him.

The reality is, there is no winners in war, and sometime later the provocateur is not the one in the fight. I think that is the case here… No one wants death, no one wants war. They say that 450 people have died so far… reminds me of the, “stay home to slow the spread… if we can only save just one life”. The reality is, this is the same group of people who murdered nearly 1 million Americans with a manufactured China virus by withholding life saving prophylactics like ivermectin and HCQ while lying to the families and pumping them full of poison. This is the same group of people who have bullied and harassed Americans while stealing an election. These are the same group of people who have destroyed everything they have ever touched.

So yeah… I pray for Russia and Ukraine. I pray the corrupt globalists cabal is eradicated and the evil people who cause so much pain get what is due, in this life or whenever God decides. I’ll be patient… in His time..
