The legislation would ban mass mail in ballots, limit absentee voting to verified military and special needs, eliminate voting machines, reduce precinct sizes to facilitate hand counting, and create a single Election Day.

It’s beyond belief that after two years of record-breaking government spending, Democrats brought back earmarks for the first time in over a decade. Earmarks bring waste, corruption, and abuse into our budgetary process - allowing the majority to dole out taxpayer money to their most politically-endangered members to save their necks, instead of sending dollars where they’re most needed.
