Walkthrough of Gallery V2 PRD to be scheduled for next week with the team.

🎅Wallet/Santa V1.0: October
Team encountered some development challenges this week which resulted in refactoring work. However,the team will be working over the weekend to stay on track for launch at the end of the month.
As a result of this refactoring work, the initial audits were postponed and are targeted to now take place next week.

🧩 JIGSTACK TEAM ⬇️

As is the way with software, the team encountered a development challenge which meant that some necessary refactoring was required to ensure that Wallet & Santa is built upon a solid and secure foundation.

This also meant that the team lost some time on the overall schedule. However, they are a determined bunch and will be working over the weekend to get back on track and launch at the end of the month.

In parallel with all of the above, the team will also be attending a few intensive walkthrough sessions next week reviewing, aligning on and prioritizing features for the next upcoming major releases of Lemonade, Stakbank and Gallery.

⚒ DEVELOPMENT

🖼 Gallery V2.0: October
Development on Polygon has been paused as it has been discovered that Open Sea does not currently support Polygon integration - see here.

In addition, Opensea auction updates are being reviewed ahead of some required development work.

Walkthrough of Gallery V2 PRD to be rescheduled as all team members are focused on W&S as the priority

🎅Wallet/Santa V1.0: November
Refactoring work is still in progress and as a result audits have been delayed.

The team has also called out that they may not be able to complete the Polygon integration in time for the initial launch of W&S.

However, the team is still targeting a “soft launch” next week with a beta testing phase among the Jigstack ambassadors.

🧩 JIGSTACK CTO, Aidan ⬇️

Another intensive week at Jigstack resulted in the discovery that integration with Polygon has proven to be quite the challenge across the board.

WALLET & SANTA
In relation to W&S, the ongoing refactoring work has meant the team will likely not have Polygon integration in place before full launch. However, the team expects to provide further clarity on when Polygon integration will be in place in the near future as it is a key priority for Jigstack across all products. The refactoring work has also meant that the audits have been delayed by at least a week. That said, the team is gearing up for the “soft launch” of W&S next week and will be asking the Jigstack ambassadors to do some beta testing on the latest version and provide some early feedback.

GALLERY STATUS
In relation to Gallery, it has been confirmed that Opensea currently does not integrate with Polygon...at least not yet. It also turns out that Opensea has made some recent auction updates that need to be developed before the first auction can be progressed. The team is working on clarifying the development effort involved here.

PRD WALKTHROUGHS
Due to the team's focus on W&S it has been decided to reschedule the Lemonade, Stakbank and Gallery PRD walkthroughs to early November.
