Here we are with the first bi-weekly dev update of 2022 (Happy New Year!) 🔮

🔑 The last couple of weeks have seen the team supporting and addressing some JWallet issues raised by the community.

We have also been heads down on the estimates for Lemonade 🍋 and Stakbank 🏦 which will feed into the overall tech roadmap.

👉 (Jan 5th-9th): calculation of estimates to provide more detail to our community and update the roadmap
👉 (Jan 10th-16th): Private AMA with ambassadors
👉 (Jan 17th-23rd): Public AMA with Aidan #Discord
👉 (February): Sharing the roadmap q2

👷👷‍♀️ The team is also progressing the development of Polygon integration with both Stakbank and Lemonade and are looking forward to rolling these out in the coming weeks (q1).

🍋 Concerning IDOs on Lemonade the team concluded the agreement for a private sale round, but at the moment it's not possible to provide more details until the IDO project has finalised its public launch (IDO/IEO 👀 )

✍️ NOTE: In case the IDO is cancelled, there will be a 1% penalty 💰 which will be distributed to stakbank/treasury/burn. This will be part of the process for all future IDOs in order to protect our community and the credibility of the Lemonade platform as much as possible.

🖼 In terms of Gallery, some final tests revealed a couple of issues related to OpenSea which the team are actively working on. As soon as these are addressed the expectation is that UAT will be wrapped up and we will be ready to schedule the first live auction.

Finally, the dev team also welcomed Andrea who has made the switch from the marketing team and he will be working closely with Dilara on the product side. He will also be helping the development team align better with the community.

🧩 Bi-weekly dev update - 22.01.2022 😎

This was a productive two week period for the Jigstack development team:

🧑‍💻 Kicked off our new internal development process

🔧 Addressed community fixes and any suggestions will be captured on Discord/mail and put into the backlog for review by the tech team.

🏦 Made solid progress on both the Stakbank (BE/FE work) and Lemonade (Smart Contract) Polygon integrations. Team has also defined the Stakbank features that will be released in Q1. Details to be provided next week + AMA recording.

🍋 Defined the Lemonade features that may be released in Q2. Details to be provided next week.

🖼 Addressed all Gallery issues related to Opensea. However, the first live auction will only happen when the Polygon fees issue is addressed.

🔑 Reviewed first version of the JWallet PRD

🛣 Finalized the 2022 Tech Roadmap (more details next week) and the high level estimates for upcoming tech roadmap features

💬 Had AMA with the community to present and discuss the 2022 Tech Roadmap and delivery approach

⭐️ The team is now very much heads down on our first delivery of 2022 which is Stakbank Polygon integration to be quickly followed by Lemonade Polygon integration and also confident that these recent internal changes will reflect in smoother and continuous delivery of high value add features going forward.
