JUST IN: I just WON another lawsuit. A federal judge has just dismissed a lawsuit from the CIA official we reported in May 2024 saying “We [CIA] kept information from Trump.” Amjad Fasisi sued for misrepresentation, conspiracy to commit misrepresentation and violation of the federal wire tap act after we simply quoted him.

Judge Anthony Trenga GRANTED our motion to dismiss today kicking Amjad Fseisi’s lawsuit to the curb.

Let this be a lesson to ANYBODY who tries to overturn the 1st amendment Including "attorney," Mark Zaid.

I do not settle lawsuits, I will never give up and you will lose suing me.
