Two new bills introduced this week in the Texas Senate and House are aimed at protecting your rights to informed consent, and protecting you from having to show your medical papers.

Senate Bill 51: “Relating to prohibited COVID-19 vaccine mandates and vaccination status discrimination and to exemptions from certain vaccine requirements.”

House Bill 168: “Relating to informed consent before the provision of certain medical treatments involving COVID-19 vaccination.”
