Allegations of ballot harvesting lead to new petition this week filed in TX Supreme Court demanding that the elections administrator for the state’s most populous county follow the law.

A mass dissemination of mail-in ballot applications last year led to allegations of crime in regards to the harvesting of said applications in the third most populous county in America (Harris County aka Houston).

This week a petition for writ of mandamus was filed in TX Supreme Court demanding that the Harris County Elections Administrator follow the law and not send unsolicited ballot applications. Attorney Jared Woodfill made the court filing and is representing plaintiffs like Gerry Monroe seen in this video testifying that he’s witnessed the harvesting.

It’s very interesting to me that IG does not want people sharing this CBS news report. While the news personalities here are incredibly biased, one thing they did that was journalistic was to give him a voice. They let the horn hat man speak. That’s something Instagram doesn’t like.
