• custom hanging herbs that are not in a hurry may rest in fae glade for up to two weeks or a bit longer, depending on the queue. custom requests can only be made when timber keeper gently opens the gates.

• revisions for custom pieces can be requested within one full day after the preview arrives. two small revisions are allowed, extra changes may require a tiny additional fee.

it is strictly prohibited to take inspiration from, copy, resell, or engage in any form of imitation of iris of doe’s works. any violation discovered will result in a penalty of idr 300,000.
