Russia is able to produce missiles only because there are still ways to bypass sanctions. Everyone sees how Russia is trying to freeze Ukrainians to death — at temperatures of minus 20 degrees Celsius.
Russia could not build ballistic or cruise missiles without critical components sourced from other countries. And it is not just China. Too often, people hide behind the excuse that China alone helps Russia. Yes, China does — but not only China.
Russia also receives components from companies in Europe, the United States, and Taiwan.
Europe says nothing, America says nothing, Putin keeps making missiles.

For the first time in months, two Russian Air Force IL-76MD-90A military transport planes landed yesterday Jan. 22 at Qamishli Airport northeast of Syria (the arrival of one of them was verified via footage published by the Kurdish Rudaw News Agency), possibly to evacuate Russian servicemen and (as it was suggested by Syrian media) former Assad Regime officers from the base into Khmeimim Air Base in Western Syria and/or possibly other bases, following the offensive of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) to control al-Hasakkah Province from the Kurdish Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). According to Syrian media, helicopters were spotted in the vicinity of the Airport prior to the arrival of the IL-76 aircraft, possibly Mi-8 and Mi-35 helicopters to secure the area.

We have recorded ~40 C-17A “Globemaster” flights from Continental US (CONUS) into the Middle East, in addition to 2 C-5M “Super Galaxy” flights, including yesterday’s.
The stream of C-17s into the Middle East indeed started on Jan. 18, particularly to Muaffaq al-Salti Air Base in Jordan, which by far has received more than %50 of the flights, roughly 23 ones, with most of them originating from UK’s Royal Air Force (RAF) Mildenhall Air Base.
The stream of C-17As into Jordan (at the time of writing this) dropped on Jan. 22, but there is still some C-17s heading to Muaffaq al-Salti. (#Pic1 & #Pic2). The focus notably turned towards Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia and Ali Al-Salim in Kuwait.
