🇮🇱/🇵🇸 According to Israeli Channel 14, citing sources close to Prime Minister Netanyahu, the PM has finally decided to complete the full takeover of the Gaza Strip and force Hamas to surrender.

The hesitant Chief of Staff and some of his generals might oppose the decision, but if they do, they will be invited to resign.
🇺🇸/🇮🇱/🇵🇸 According to Israeli media, US President Trump has given Israel the green light for a “strong military operation” in the Gaza Strip as long as the negotiations have reached a dead end.

Trump was also informed that all Hamas leaders outside the Strip will be eliminated, according to NPR radio.

In light of these developments, Chief of the General Staff of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), Eyal Zamir, who opposes this plan, has cancelled his trip to Washington D.C. that was planned for tonight.
🇺🇸/🇸🇾 The US-led Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) successfully completed the first phase of its repositioning plan, with US and Coalition forces withdrawing from three key bases in the Middle Euphrates River Valley.

The repositioning in Syria took place in May and included the departure from Mission Support Site Euphrates, Mission Support Site Green Village, and Base H2.

The infrastructure at these sites was either dismantled or handed over to the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). The withdrawn troops were then relocated to other CJTF-OIR bases in Syria and Iraq, or returned to the US after completing their tours of duty.

Germany has also sent about 150 additional troops to Poland since July 21, including personnel from the “Boelcke” squadron.

🇱🇧 A short while ago, the Lebanese Cabinet convened to discuss the disarmament of Hezbollah and other armed groups in Lebanon.

The Shiite parties, Amal and Hezbollah, oppose the meeting and previously attempted to obstruct it, but failed due to international pressure on President Joseph Aoun and Prime Minister Nawaf Salam, particularly from Saudi Arabia and France.

Just before the meeting—which is currently underway with the presence of 22 ministers at the Baabda Palace—Lebanese Army forces were deployed around the palace. Joseph Aoun and Nawaf Salam also held a meeting at the palace ahead of the session (#Photo).
❗️🇮🇶 Unidentified drone reportedly carried out an airstrike at a Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) camp in Baghdad’s al-Sabia’at area, which belongs to the Ansar al-Marjieya Brigade.

No casualties were reported as of now among the forces, but material damage seems to be much.

📝I assume that the reason is likely disputes between PMF brigades over something.

#UPDATE: Following contradictory statements from both the Brigade and Baghdad’s Operations Command, it was confirmed that the camp was indeed targeted by an airstrike.
🇺🇸/🇺🇦/🇷🇺 A source close to Kremlin told Reuters that Russian President Vladimir Putin is unlikely to bow to the sanctions ultimatum expiring this Friday from US President Donald Trump, and that Putin retains the goal of capturing four regions of Ukraine (Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia & Kherson) in their entirety.

Putin's determination to keep going is prompted by his belief that Russia is winning and by skepticism that yet more US sanctions will have much of an impact after successive waves of economic penalties. He does not believe now is the time to end the war.
🇷🇺/🇺🇦/🇺🇸 Kremlin is weighing options for a concession to US President Donald Trump that could include an air truce of missiles and drones with Ukraine to try to head off the threat of secondary sanctions, even as Russia remains determined to continue its war, according to Bloomberg.
