Deep State reports that Russian Armed Forces (AFRF) are dispersing around Pokrovsk and its surroundings, trying to establish physical control in the area, with AFRF troops most often spotted in the central and northern parts of the city, as fewer and fewer crews are heading into the southern part. Moreover, undated footage released by Russian media showed AFRF troops raising the Russian flag in Poskrovsk’s city center.

Simultaneously, the area around the settlement of Rivne and the section between Pokrovsk and Krasny Lyman “remains problematic,” according to Deep State, where the AFRF is constantly being detected there, setting up ambushes, mining the area, and building engineering barriers.
