Asked about the uranium Iran currently possesses, the source said that turning the remaining stockpiles into weapons-grade fissile material would entail a complex engineering process requiring six months to a year to accomplish, and that chances of US or Israeli intelligence being unaware of such activity are negligible to none.

🇺🇸 The US Navy Submarine Fleet includes 14 ballistic missile subs, 4 guided-missile subs, and ≈50 fast attack subs. Ohio-class SSBNs (Ship, Submersible, Ballistic, Nuclear) are the most survivable leg of the nuclear triad.

SSBNs continuously patrol both coasts of the US and often deploy deep into the Atlantic and Pacific. At any given time, at least 3-4 are likely underway, and several within striking distance of Moscow. They are always out there, but additional boats could be deployed or repositioned closer to Russia.

The last three Hamas operatives who surrendered to the IDF this morning, had several AK rifles, pistols, ammunitions, vests, grenades, and canned food.

🇬🇧/🇮🇩 Footage captured by a CN-235 Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA) of the Indonesian Navy (TNIAL) show a Passing Exercise (PASSEX) between three TNIAL warships and the UK’s Royal Navy Carrier Strike Group (CSG-25) in waters southwest of Buru Island, Banda Sea in the Pacific, Thursday, as part of Operation HIGHMAST.

Among the three Indonesian warships taking part in the exercise were the KRI “Raden Eddy“ Martadinata-class frigate and the fast patrol ship “Kapak”.

The Royal Navy’s CSG consisted of the Elizabeth-class HMS Prince Of Wales aircraft carrier, destroyer HMS Dauntless, frigate HMS Richmond and tanker Tidespring of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA) from the UK.

About 15-24x F‑35B Lightning II fighter jets were abroad the HMS Prince of Wales, including four F-35B “STOVL” jets from the Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 242 (VMFA-242) of the US’s Marine Corps (USMC).

📰 — 🇮🇷/🇺🇸/🇨🇳 A CBS News investigation published revealed that 12 ship-to-ship oil transfers occurred in one day in the Riau Archipelago off Malaysia’s coast, as part of #Iran’s illicit oil trade with #China.

These transfers are used to obscure the origin of Iranian oil. The involved vessels hid their names and identification numbers with tarps and nets and turned off their transponders.

The report came just a day after the US sanctioned dozens of vessels on July 30 for facilitating Iranian and Russian oil trade.

🇺🇦/🇷🇺 Ukrainian forces hit a space object tracking radar near the city of Feodosia, during yesterday’s drone attack on several Russian targets.

The radar complex is used as one of the elements of Russia’s air defense and monitors the airspace, transmitting relevant information to the posts of anti-aircraft missile systems.

Under the domes is the 57U6 “Periscope-VM” radar system, which has been operating at this location since Soviet times.

🇸🇾 Syrian MoD announced that it had repelled an infiltration attempt by Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) at a checkpoint in the Aleppo countryside.

This is coinciding with the SDF forces’ targeting of the village of Al-Kayariya in the Manbij countryside in the eastern Aleppo countryside with rockets, which resulted in the injury of civilians and members of the MoD.

SDF used numerous 122mm 9M22U “Grad” pattern artillery rockets to carry out the attacks, according to War Noir (X). The MoD also responded to the Grad attack with a slavo of rockets at SDF positions (Video).

Iran has publicly revealed the Arash-2 drone for the first time on state television.

▪️This previously undisclosed loitering munition was reportedly used during the recent 12-day conflict against Israel. The Arash-2 is believed to be a long-range, high-impact suicide drone with an estimated range of 2,000 to 2,500 kilometers.

▪️It is designed for deep-strike missions, particularly against strategic targets, and Iranian officials have openly stated it was developed with Israel in mind.

▪️The drone is thought to carry a heavy warhead and use a combination of GPS and visual guidance for precision targeting.

The paper added that #China is reassessing its Middle East policy and reexamining Israel’s strategic role, a shift that follows the recent tensions in Gaza and the 12-day war.

🇺🇦/🇷🇺 Overnight, Ukrainian Armed Forces (AFU) targeted Russian oil depots near Russia’s Black Sea resort of Sochi, resulting in two large black plumes of smoke that have been rising in the sky for hours.

The attack was reportedly carried out using An-196 “Liutyi” one-way attack drones, with sharpnels causing the major fire.

🇺🇸 A US official told al-Hadath that maintaining a single aircraft carrier is now the new standard for US deployment in the Middle East under the US Navy's Fifth Fleet.

The carrier is currently located south of the Arabian Peninsula, which is the USS Nimitz (CVN-68) carrier, flagship of the Carrier Strike Group 11 (CSG-11). The source also stated that there are currently no US warships in the Red Sea.

The plan is to rely less on technology and instead build a cadre of spies and analysts with a broad knowledge of dialects, including the Yemeni, Iraqi, and Gazan dialects, as well as a firm grasp of radical Islamic doctrines and discourse.

An Israeli officer mentioned to Bloomberg that eavesdroppers were having trouble making out what Yemeni Houthis were saying because many were chewing khat, a narcotic shrub. So older Yemeni Israelis are being recruited to help.
