🇺🇸🇺🇦 CBS News reports that US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard issued a July 20 memo directing the American intelligence community to withhold all information on Russia-Ukraine peace negotiations from allied partners, including the Five Eyes (US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand).

The directive classified such intelligence as No Foreign Dissemination (NOFORN), allowing only publicly released information to be shared, and restricted distribution to the originating agencies. The memo doesn’t limit sharing of diplomatic information from other sources or unrelated military operational data.

🇺🇦 Footage published by POLITICO shows the launch of Ukraine’s “Flamingo” FP-5 cruise missile, which was developed, tested, and put into production in just nine months by Fire Point, with a manufacturing pace of roughly one missile per day.

According to multiple reports, its engine appears to be adapted either from the Czech L-39 jet trainer or the British “Hawk” trainer aircraft, though this has not been confirmed.

Photos published by AP suggest the missile may be fitted with either a 2,000-pound Mk 84 high-explosive bomb or a BLU-109/B bunker-buster warhead. However, neither the exact engine configuration nor the warhead type has been officially confirmed.
🇷🇺 Satellite images from Sentinel-2 show that Russia has been seemingly constructing multiple listening stations, or Circularly Disposed Antenna Arrays (CDAAs), in the Kaliningrad region along the Baltic Sea near Poland and Lithuania since March 2023.

The sites, located south of Chernyakhovsky Airbase operated by the Russian Navy’s (VMF) Baltic Fleet, are possibly intended for intercepting NATO radio communications, triangulating positions, and maintaining contact with submarines in the Baltic Sea and North Atlantic.
🇺🇸🇺🇦 The High-Altitude Long Endurance (HALE) RQ-4B “Global Hawk” drone of the US Air Force (USAF), with callsign FORTE10 & Reg. 11-2046, took off from Naval Air Station Sigonella in Sicily, Italy, and is currently carring out a Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) racetrack orbits east of the Black Sea, ≈360 km from occupied Crimea.

🇺🇸🇺🇦 The administration of US President Trump has approved sending 3,350 Extended Range Active Munitions (ERAMs) to Ukraine, the Wall Street Journal reports. The $850 million package, which also includes “other items,” will be funded mostly by European allies.

The missiles are expected to reach Ukrainian forces within six weeks but will still need Pentagon authorization before use, which according to WSJ, has been quietly blocking Ukraine from using US-made long-range Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) to strike deep inside Russia.

🇮🇶🇱🇧 A Ur Airlines flight from Najaf to Beirut, operating under the callsign UBD1183, diverted to Baghdad International Airport a short while ago, as the flight’s Boeing 737-319 aircraft faced a technical issue in the cockpit’s Oxygen system (Rapid decompression), forcing the pilots to decline in altitude in a rapid speed from 33K ft to 12K ft in few minutes.

🇮🇱🇵🇸 Heavy explosions have been in Jabalya, northern Gaza Strip, after the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) allegedly detonated four unmanned vehicles in the area, causing massive destruction and unusual odors.

The IDF has been using various methods to avoid casualties among its troops in fortified and high-risk zones of Gaza, including deploying decommissioned M113 Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs) packed with explosives and operated remotely. The blasts and the reports earlier appear consistent with this tactic.

🇮🇱🇾🇪 The Associated Press has confirmed that Iran-backed Houthi militias used a Multiple Independently Targetable Reentry Vehicle (MIRV) ballistic missile in yesterday’s attack on Tel Aviv, Israel.

Estimates suggest the warhead carried around ten submunitions, with footage showing the payload splitting into three sections mid-flight.

The Houthis publicly claimed to have launched a “Palestine-2” ballistic missile, and its possible that the missile was fitted with a MIRV warhead.

🇮🇱 Israel’s Ministry of Defense (IMOD) and its Research and Development Directorate (MAFAT) are expected to receive the Israeli National Defense Award on September 2 following the major success of the “Oron” spy aircraft.

The aircraft, operating with the Israeli Air Force’s (IAF) 122nd Squadron out of Nevatim Air Base and combining the US-made Gulfstream G-550 platform with Israeli signals intelligence (SIGINT) technology, has played a key role in detecting Iranian UAVs and missiles, and penetrated deep into Iranian territory during Israel’s air campaign targeting Iran’s nuclear and missile programs.
