🇺🇸🇷🇺 Snipers and Secret Service operatives along with US army personnel and M1126 “Stryker” Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs) were seen deployed in Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage, Alaska, where the talks between US President Trump and Russian President Putin are held.
🇺🇸🇷🇺 According to the Wall Street Journal, Russian President Vladimir Putin deviated from his usual practice of traveling abroad in his own motorcade — led by the “Aurus Senat” limousine that had been flown to Alaska earlier today aboard an Ilyushin Il-76MD — by accepting US President Donald Trump’s invitation to ride together in the American presidential limousine, “The Beast.”

The gesture reportedly came shortly after the two leaders posed for photos on the red carpet flanked by F-22 “Raptor” fighter jets at Joint Base Elmendorf–Richardson in Anchorage.

🇷🇺🇺🇸 Despite numerous Russian officials describing the US-Russia summit in Alaska as positive, Fox News correspondent Jacqui Heinrich reported a very different impression, saying the atmosphere in the room “did not feel good.”

According to Heinrich, it appeared that President Vladimir Putin “came in and steamrolled, went straight into what he wanted to say, got his photo next to the president, and then left.”
🇷🇺🇺🇸 Russian President Vladimir Putin has departed Anchorage, Alaska, aboard his Ilyushin Il-96-300PU aircraft from the Presidential Fleet “Rossiya,” en route to Moscow.

He is accompanied by a second Il-96-300 with the callsign RSD308, carrying senior Russian officials and/or technical staff back to Vnukovo International Airport (VKO).
🇺🇸🇷🇺🇺🇦🇪🇺 According to Axios, US President Trump spoke with Ukrainian President Zelensky by phone from Air Force One while returning from Alaska following his summit with Russian President Putin, and will meet him in the White House on Monday.

The hour-and-a-half call included Secretary of State Marco Rubio and White House envoy Steve Witkoff, who were both onboard, and was later joined by the leaders of the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Finland, NATO, and the European Commission for an additional thirty minutes.

Trump told Zelensky and NATO leaders that Putin does not favor a ceasefire but instead seeks a comprehensive peace agreement to end the war in Ukraine. Trump reportedly said that “a fast peace deal is better than a ceasefire.”

During the call, Witkoff briefed Zelensky and EU leaders on Putin’s position regarding territorial issues. The impression conveyed was that, in exchange for territorial concessions, Putin would be willing to end the war, commit not to occupy further Ukrainian territory, and refrain from attacking other countries.
🇺🇦🇺🇸 Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met today in Washington DC with US special envoy Keith Kellogg, ahead of what Zelensky described as a “very serious” meeting later in the day with US President Donald Trump and several European leaders.

Following the talks, Zelensky wrote on social media that “Russia can only be forced into peace through strength, and President Trump has that strength,” thanking Kellogg for the meeting and US support.
🇪🇺🇺🇦🇺🇸 European leaders from Italy, Finland, France, Germany, and the UK have now arrived in Washington, joined by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, ahead of a joint meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and US President Donald Trump.

Zelensky, who arrived shortly after the European delegations, will first meet separately with Trump before joining the broader session. The Ukrainian delegation, seen entering the White House, includes:

- Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the National Security Council and head of the Ukrainian negotiating team,
- Andriy Yermak, Head of the Presidential Office,
- Palisa Serhiyovych, Deputy Head of the Presidential Office.
