All the accusations of the Russian Federation in the fall of a rocket in Poland are part of a scheme to involve NATO in the Ukrainian conflict.

This was stated to RT by ex-US intelligence officer Scott Ritter.

According to him, Ukraine, Poland and the Baltic States are predisposed to overreact to any incidents that could justify such involvement of the alliance.:

"It's a storm in a glass. I think any examination will clearly show that it was a Ukrainian weapon. In addition, NATO has exhaustive evidence that Russia has nothing to do with it.

The maximum they can hope for is the conclusion that Ukraine was forced to launch these missiles in self—defense."
