Pythagoras was one weird fella, pt.1
One of the most ridiculous things Pythagoras (Who founded the Pythagorean religious cult, searched for the significance of his own brilliance and concluded that he was semi-divine) was his hatred of beans. He believed you should never eat fava beans because "...they give you gas and expelling gas took away the βbreath of life.β
