​​Coinbase opens offshore crypto derivatives exchange. Based in Bermuda, Coinbase International Exchange will not be open to U.S. traders. The platform will initially let traders bet on the price of BTC and ETH via perpetual futures contracts with up to 5x leverage.

​​Sui (SUI) will have a primary listing on May 3rd. Binance, KuCoin, Huobi, MEXC, Gate, Bybit, Bitget, OKX will enable SUI trading at 12:00 PM (UTC).
