​​Coinbase opens offshore crypto derivatives exchange. Based in Bermuda, Coinbase International Exchange will not be open to U.S. traders. The platform will initially let traders bet on the price of BTC and ETH via perpetual futures contracts with up to 5x leverage.

​​Sui (SUI) will have a primary listing on May 3rd. Binance, KuCoin, Huobi, MEXC, Gate, Bybit, Bitget, OKX will enable SUI trading at 12:00 PM (UTC).

​​ZkLink announced a public testnet program Dunkirk Test. Users are required to test trade on ZKEX till May 10th and use a recovery node to get the test assets back during simulated 72h emergency shutdown. The participants will be rewarded with the NFTs. ZkLink is building a multi-chain ZK-Rollup trading infrastructure for DeFi & NFT.

​​Sui and Aptos focused DEX Cetus Protocol is having a public sale till May 10th, 10 AM UTC. 20M CETUS (2% of total supply) is available for sale. Token price: $0.045 (0.04 SUI) at $45M FDV. The token will be distributed pro Rata according to committed amount. At the moment 11.2M SUI out of 800K SUI has been committed. Representing 1405% over-subscription. CETUS will be listed on KuCoin and OKX on May 10th.

​​OKX has frozen withdrawals for users without KYC 2 verification. The platform has implemented $5k lifetime deposit/withdrawal limit for KYC 1 users without prior notification. KYC 1 users can not withdraw their funds without KYC 2 verification.

​​Sui developer Mysten Labs announced NFT drop for its Discord members. Users who joined Sui Discord before May 3 can register till May 17 and get SuiFrens Bullshark Generation 0 NFT into their wallets few weeks after the registration period ends.
