Primex Finance raises $5.7M in seed funding. The round was co-led by Stratos Technologies and CoinFund, with participation from Hypersphere, GoldenTree Asset Management, Wintermute, GSR, and LedgerPrime. Primex aims to build a decentralized prime brokerage protocol for cross-margin trading on DEXes.

Huobi Primelist will host KingdomX (KT) public sale on February 9th. 6.6M KT (0.66% of total supply) to be sold. 50% of the allocation will be available via lottery (1.8k lucky slots) and another 50% will be sold via proportional model among HT holders. Token sale price: $0.012 (at $12M FDV). Initial circulating supply: $781K. KT trading will open at 11:00 (UTC) on Feb 9. KingdomX aims to develop a blockchain-based NFT strategy war game.

Polygon has raised $450M in a new venture financing round. Sequoia Capital India led the round. Tiger Global, SoftBank, Galaxy Digital, Republic Capital, Makers Fund, Alameda Research, Animoca Brands, Spartan Fund, Dragonfly Capital and Variant Fund also participated in the token purchase.
Data privacy platform Aleo raises $200M in Series B round. SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and Kora Management co-led the round, with Tiger Global, Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Samsung Next, Slow Ventures, and Sea Capital also participating. Aleo is expected to launch its product in Q3, 2022.
Huobi Global will list Moonbeam (GLMR) and Moonriver (MOVR) on February 8th. GLMR/USDT, MOVR/USDT trading will go live once liquidity conditions are met.
