​​Ethereum Layer 2 developer StarkWare raises $50M at $2B valuation. Sequoia Capital was leading the round with participation from existing investors, including Paradigm, Three Arrows Capital, Alameda Research, and Founders Fund. StarkWare is set to launch StarkNet later this month.

​​KuCoin Labs launches $100M venture capital fund to empower metaverse projects. The money is also available for entities that develop blockchain-based games, nonfungible tokens, and decentralized applications. In addition, Kucoin will also provide business incubation services.
​​Privacy focused Nym Network has closed $13M Series A round. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z Crypto). Other investors include Digital Currency Group, Tayssir Capital, Huobi Ventures, HashKey, Fenbushi Capital, and more than two dozen operators of validator nodes.

​​ConsenSys, a developer and service provider focused on Ethereum, has closed a $200M round of funding at a $3.2B valuation. New investors include Marshall Wace, Third Point, ParaFi Capital, and Think Investments, who joined follow-on participants including Animoca Brands, Coinbase Ventures, and HSBC. This round follows a $65M raise, announced in March 2021, which included JPMorgan, Mastercard and UBS. 
ConsenSys products include MetaMask, an app and web browser extension that lets users hold and manage digital tokens, and connect with other blockchain-based applications.
​​Injective Protocol announced $120M liquidity incentive program. The news follows the recently announced mainnet release and aims to bring liquidity and traders to Injective Protocol.
