Jadidlar hayoti va ijodi haqida oʻzbek adabiyotida yozilgan yirik badiiy asar “Choʻlpon” romani taniqli yozuvchi Nabi Jaloliddin qalamiga mansub boʻlib, u “Yangi asr avlodi” nashriyoti tomonidan qayta nashrdan chiqdi. Ushbu asar Choʻlponga bagʻishlangan boʻlishiga qaramay, unda barcha jadidlar haqida soʻz boradi.

Ikki kitobdan iborat romanda jadidlardan tashqari ozodlik yoʻlida jonini tikkan Madaminbek qoʻrboshi kabi fidoyilar, mardikoroldi siyosatining mudhish manzaralari, Qoʻqon muxtoriyatidagi fitnalar va uning qulashi, rus bosqini kabi voqealar batafsil yozilgan.

Millatning eng zabardast shoiri, yozuvchisi va jadidi Choʻlpon hayotidagi evrilishlar, bolaligi va ijodi haqida batafsil hikoya qilinadi. Choʻlponni sotganlar ochiq-oydin koʻrsatib beriladi.
